(VELINO) Roma, 23 Jan - From vanilla panna cotta topped with strawberry sauce to Sicilian "�cannoli"�� and Nutella-flavoured ice-cream, crostata (fruit tart) and tiramisu, will all be featured in the "��Dolce incontro"�� ("��Sweet Encounter"��) event organised at Rio de Janeiroa��s Italian Cultural Institute. The event is a two-day course in Italian pastry offered on 7 and 8 February. Italian pastry chef Alessandro Spagnuolo will reveal the tricks in making Italy'�s best-known desserts. The attendees of the two-day course, which will be held in Portuguese, will be provided with all the material necessary to make the recipes, including an apron.
