Montreal - The last two evenings of 'Italian Cinema in the open air at Dante Park' in Montreal. This summer too, the initiative is organized by the 'Little Italy and Jean-Talon Market and the Italian Cultural Institute Montreal, to celebrate Italian Cinema beneath the stars.
The scheduling of the five evenings in the Ciné Dante Park pay homage to Italys culture with five screenings of past and present films, putting the spotlight on outstanding Italian actors and directors. The series began on July 5 with 'Romanzo Criminale directed by Michele Placido, continuing one week later with 'I'm Love' by Luca Guadagnino, followed by 'Habemus Papam' by Nanni Moretti on July 19. The next rendez-vous is on Wednesday July 26 with 'The Nights of Cabiria directed by Federico Fellini, and finally, on August 2, 'Divorce Italian Style' starring Marcello Mastroianni.
