(AGI) Rome, July 30 - Giuseppe Tesauro has been appointed theConstitutional Court's new president as announced by secretarygeneral Carlo Visconti. Tesauro's election took place with 7votes in favour and 6 against. Former president of theanti-trust authority, Tesauro will complete his term at thecourt on November 8 since he was appointed a ConstitutionalCourt judge on Nov. 8 2005 by the then President of theRepublic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. . .
