Pirelli: Tronchetti, listing going as planned

Milan - "Everything is going as planned" with Pirelli's listing on the Stock Exchange, and with regard to its timing in October,"it is just speculation: we have not given any indications. We said it will take place in the last quarter and so it will be in the last quarter. It is a fact."

This is what Pirelli's CEO, Marco Tronchetti Provera, said on the sidelines of the Innovation Summit 2017, organised by Deloitte at the Unicredit pavilion.As for the company's rating in view of the listing, which is nine times the EBITDA according to press rumors, Tronchetti stated that "we have no rating to date: these are third-party ratings." In any case, he concluded, "we will submit the filing by the end of July-early August."
