(AGI) Brussels, Sept 26 - China's Xinhua news agency haslaunched a new app for cell phones and smart phones in Chineseand English, with a French version coming soon, that willdeliver news about Europe. The idea is to strengthen reciprocalexchanges and consciousness between China and Europe with akind of "portable encyclopedia" of news and information. AGI,which has a "very important" editorial cooperation agreementsaid Xingua's director, is involved in marketing the app forEurope, through spreading its own news in Chinese and Englishon cell and smart phone screens to Xinhua subscribers in Europeand China. .
